Our good friend Daniel’s birthday was yesterday, so we are celebrating again tonight with a gourmet cookout. Garlic cheese bruschetta and a lettuce salad with caramelized avocados, tomatoes, onions and fresh basil, drizzled in an herb vinaigrette to start us off. Followed by marinated steak with sautéed Baby Bella mushrooms, sweet Vidalia onions and garlic. Grilled potato skins with crispy prosciutto, parmesan, asiago, and romano cheeses. Topped with sour cream and fresh chives. Finally, after no one can even think about another bite, let alone dessert, Daniel’s Raspberry White Chocolate Birthday Cake will tempt us all before the night is over.
